No. Setup happens only once. After that, WYLt remembers your credentials and connects automatically on every boot.
If nothing is currently playing on Last.fm, WYLt shows your most recently scrobbled track.
Yes, hold the reset button on boot to re-enter setup mode. It broadcasts its WiFi again and you can update your details.
